Futon 186 is a cotton mattress that offers a ok sleeping experience. It is constructed with a total of three layers of cotton on each side of a 4 cm foam core, giving the mattress a solid thickness. The Futon mattress is versatile and can be used both on a sofa bed and as a traditional bed mattress.
Our Futon 186 Natural is a magnificent cotton mattress, measuring approximately 15 cm in thickness and featuring a 4 cm standard PU foam core T21. It retains all the fantastic qualities of traditional Japanese Futon mattresses in pure cotton, while also offering a firm comfort experience. The cotton in the Futon conforms to your body's contours, providing the necessary support, while the foam core insulates against light movements, ensuring undisturbed sleep. So, if you expect the mattress to maintain its shape - the answer is no, it will sink over time.
