How to use Camylle Sauna Aroma

A Nordic sauna ritual in its purest form:

  1. Step into calm – Leave the stresses of the day behind and feel the warmth and presence.

  2. Cleanse your body – A warm shower opens the pores and prepares the skin.

  3. Find your place in the heat – Sit or lie on a clean towel. Around 80°C allows your body to slowly release tension.

  4. The fragrance moment – Pour 2–3 ladles of water mixed with sauna aroma over the hot stones. The steam envelopes your body and releases the aromatic properties.

  5. Move gently – Let your body adjust to the transition before leaving the heat.

  6. Meet the fresh air – Take a deep breath and let the contrast awaken your senses.

  7. Cold as balance – A cold shower or dip in a pool refreshes the body and completes the ritual.

  8. Rest and immerse yourself – Lean back and relax for at least 15 minutes.

  9. Recharge from within – Drink water or tea between sessions to support your body’s natural balance.

  10. Repeat the experience – Return to the heat or alternate with a steam bath. Up to three sessions bring clarity to both body and mind.
