Delivery in Copenhagen with local freight .:
We drive Tuesdays and Thursdays after 18:30 for 450, - DKK to the sidewalk, we do not carry the furniture so you take your own furniture. The amount is paid to the driver in cash or on mobilepay.
How to order your delivery in Greater Copenhagen with local freight:

(We do not drive those days with snowy slippery roads)
Everything else is delivered besides not bridge fixed locations is done with furniture transport after further agreement. Delivery is on the side of the sidewalk unless otherwise agreed. Installation is not included in the price. All bargain orders are delivered in Denmark in large lorries with Thortrans-Randers A / S Tel. 8643 8611 or with PostNord Tel. 7011 1230. Non-fragile islands, here add-on to ferries / islands from 700, - DKK ex. VAT. And orders related to goods exchanged.
You can pick up your order for free at Glostrup, or at our warehouse in Præstø. Remember to arrange day & time before you get your goods.
Delivery Terms .:
We deliver our goods with local lorries in large lorries around Denmark, to street level. And at most 10 meters from the driver's car. There is only one driver on the car and it is a prerequisite that a large truck can be reached at the address and that you are at home to help the driver. If it is not possible to personally accept the goods, you must allow us / the wagon to make the goods, for example, your neighbor, carport or similar, but remember that it is your own responsibility as soon as it is no longer is in the caretaker's care. And of course, it must be possible to get to the delivery address with large trucks. In the case of the lorry, the vehicle is invalid for the first time at the address, costs a return, approx. 60% of the shipping amount, minimum 285, - DKK. 7+7 Futon or the lorry will charge the amount of re-delivery.
Receiving goods .:
When we ship your order you will receive a freight letter number per. mail, with this number you can contact PostNord Logistics. When you receive the items ordered, be sure to check for shipping damage. If the packaging is damaged, you must write on the consignment note that packaging is damaged and only acknowledge receipt (subject to any damage to the contents). If goods bear visible signs of defects, refuse to receive the item and let the driver take it back again. If you still find the product damaged or defective after unpacking, please report it to us. Write an e-mail to email@example.com no later than 2 days after receipt, with attached photo proof of packaging and defective goods.
