1 × redelivery due to a failed delivery attempt.
If the delivery cannot be completed – for example due to access issues, road works, the customer being unavailable, lack of contact, or other unforeseen circumstances – a redelivery fee from DKK 250 excl. VAT will be charged.
The redelivery covers delivery to street level, directly from the vehicle.
Payment must be made in advance, before the driver is sent out again.
