SpaCare Alka Down lowers the alkalinity in your spa and helps you keep the water in your spa in balance.

If the alkalinity is higher than 120 mg/l, you may experience problems with locked pH and cloudy water.

You must measure and possibly adjust the alkalinity when changing the water, or if problems arise in maintaining a stable pH value of between 7.0-7.4. The alkalinity must be 80-120 mg/l.

Alkalinity is measured with strips or a SmartTester
